FAS, HSE, OCR accredits services and supports provided by CWCW (E) Ltd. CWCW (E) Ltd. is a voluntary body, governed by a Board of Directors, the majority of whom are business people with representation by parents of service users. Voluntary Board Members have played a significant role in the growth and development of CWCW (E) Ltd. and Kilcannon Industries over the years.
Today the Board consists of 11 members coming from different sections of society and all having a strong desire to improve the quality of life of those with disability. CWCW (E) Ltd is a FETAC Accredited Training Centre as well as being recently awarded a commendation for its Training Services by the National Accreditation Committee. CWCW (E) Ltd administers a Community Services Program, a Community Employment Scheme. Kilcannon Industries run a very successful Garden Centre, Nursery and Restaurant as part of its overall service.
The staff and management of CWCW (E) Ltd together with over 130 volunteers are fully committed to encouraging and assisting people who avail of the service to achieve social and personal fulfillment through involvement in a holistic program which includes Education, Work, Recreation, Community Participation, Employment options and Personal Development to suit each individuals needs.
